Welcome to

Ca'n Dofi

Idyllically situated in Cala Deia with cliff top views and direct access to a crystal clear bay and the No1 restaurant in the Med " Ca's Patró March", where you can enjoy fresh fish and chilled wine at the water edge as featured in The Night Manager. The house is a much loved small family home suitable for people who prefer nature to night-life. The main house is compact with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, beautifully equipped with three terraces and breathtaking views of the bay. A perfect base for hiking, kayaking, swimming, sightseeing or just relaxing! Recently the property has been upgraded with new air-conditioning, a new satellite dish, an electronic awning over the main terrace/outside dining area, some new furniture and beds, improved BBQ, redecoration and inclusion of an ipod dock.

Internet access installed. The third bedroom: The light and airy studio (double bed and en suite) below the main terrace with separate access is suitable for 2 more people with also wonderful sea views. This means the house is perfect for a total of 6 persons. The rental of a small car is advised as the driveway down to the villa is narrow. Not suitable for people with significant mobility issues. Deia is at 10 minutes drive, a small but lively town with plenty of good restaurants and a few shops. The next larger towns are Valldemossa ( at aprox. 30 minutes drive ) or Sóller ( at aprox. 20 minutes drive )

Surrounding

There is no better way to soak up the bohemian spirit of Deià than to walk along its streets with the relaxing sound of the water of the Racó torrent as background music during the winter time. The skin of Deià is made of stone: the walls of its houses are made of stone and so are the streets that are tread as you walk through the alleys of the town. Although the walk is slightly strenuous (there are some slopes due to its location on top of a hill), it can be made more pleasant if you stop to take a photo, marvel at details or stop and eat at one of the bars that dot the town. The Deià cemetery is also interesting and picturesque, not only because of the celebrities who rest there but also because of the beautiful panoramic view it offers with the sea at your feet.
